CAT has experience of running two small hydro turbines over the last 35 years. Topics covered include site assessment, turbines, waterwheels and civil engineering, generators, electric controls and grid connection.
This course is aimed at engineers, planners, system specifiers and architects amongst others.
The participants will join students on modules of our MSc Renewable Energy and the Built Environment and will gain a comprehensive overview of the subject in theoretical and workshop sessions.
